1-16 oz. can butter lima beans, drained
1-16 oz. can red kidney beans, drained
2-16 oz. cans pinto beans, drained
1-8 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained and chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup chopped onion
¾ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
½ cup ketchup
1 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 5-quart Dutch oven or casserole dish. Combine all ingredients. Pour into prepared dish, cover with lid or foil. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven, stir well, adding some of the reserved pineapple juice if beans look dry, return to oven uncovered and bake 15 minutes.
