For each snowman character you will need:
2 marshmallows, either 2 large or large and medium if available
3 small candy canes
1 red jolly rancher candy
1 pretzel, broken into 2 arms
White chocolate melted to hold it all together.
Use either black food coloring or dark chocolate for the face and buttons
To assemble, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Place in Ziploc bag, clipping tiny corner off one bottom edge to pipe from.
Dot chocolate along the edge of the candy cane, attach next candy cane, dot along, and attach third candy cane making the sled. Cool until set.
Attach red jolly rancher on the back of the sled with white chocolate.
Dot side edge of marshmallow and set 2nd marshmallow on top, let set.
Place broken pretzel arms in place, pushing into the marshmallow.
Attach snowman to sled with a dot of white chocolate.
Add face and buttons with either black food coloring on a wooden pick or small brush, or if using dark chocolate, melt and place in Ziploc bag to work with as instructed for white chocolate.
